About Julie

About Julie

About Julie

TLDR: Striving—and often thriving—at the intersection of many identities, Julie is a Christian, wife, mother of four remarkable humans, and grandmother to three. She is also a sensory-seeking neurodivergent who received her ADHD diagnosis a little later than she might have preferred—after chaos and spending nearly three decades stubbornly circling back toward the education she always knew she wanted.

Julie speaks  on relational health, emotional regulation, ADHD, shame resilience, power-exchange dynamics, and intentional connection—

work that provides a welcome balance to the novelty-seeking brain she now understands much better.

She is an educator, therapist, and speaker who works with thoughtful, high-capacity adults exploring the complex intersections of identity, intimacy, leadership, and intentional living.

She is licensed in Colorado, Texas, and Florida, EMDR trained, and is a sex positive CSAT.  Her clinical work focuses on healthy sexuality, ADHD, trauma, compulsive behaviors, and relational development, integrating Gestalt therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, and the IITAP task model to help clients move from shame and avoidance toward curiosity, connection, and values-driven living.

About Julie

About Julie

Hannah is  the Peace, Regardless Office Administrator.

She is the proud mom of two awesome girls, a supportive partner to a great man, and brings a natural passion for creating systems that reduce the cognitive load of everyday life—especially for those of us navigating ADHD brains.

She understands firsthand how thoughtful organization, clear processes, and a little technological magic can make work and home life run more smoothly.

At the practice, Hannah will be helping coordinate client scheduling, manage our ADHD resources and online platforms, and support the growing work we’re doing with individuals and families seeking clarity, regulation, and peace.

Behind every thriving practice is someone who keeps the gears turning—and Hannah is already bringing her creativity, warmth, and systems-thinking to help make that happen.

Krysta

We’re proud to partner with Krysta Norman, a holistic wellness coach who provides integrated ADHD support for many of our clients.

Krysta brings a powerful combination of lived experience and practical systems to the work. As a veteran and a late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman, she understands firsthand what it’s like to build a life that actually works with an ADHD brain instead of constantly fighting against it.

Through coaching, Krysta helps clients translate insight into action with tools like body doubling, accountability, executive function systems, and real-life structure that supports follow-through between therapy sessions.

One of the things we see over and over again is that therapy + coaching together creates stronger outcomes for ADHD. Therapy helps people understand themselves and heal the underlying patterns. Coaching helps build the daily systems that make change sustainable.

Krysta is an incredible partner in helping our clients move from “I know what I need to do…” to “I actually did the thing.”

If you’ve ever wished for practical support alongside therapy, you’re going to love working with her.
