Discover your unique path to peace

Healing is an individually unique journey that integrates all parts of our being, bringing harmony and wholeness. We offer a diverse range of therapeutic approaches to support the healing of body, mind, and spirit.

Through a collaborative process, we will build a treatment plan that accomplishes YOUR goals for values congruent, authentic living.

ADHD Assessment & Treatment

We offer access to many psychological assessments for Autism and ADHD, including Qb Test, an objective, computer-based, FDA-approved assessment measuring core ADHD symptoms, including hyperactivity, impulsivity, and inattention.

Compulsive Sexual Behavior

Therapy with a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) focuses on addressing and treating compulsive sexual behavior. A CSAT is trained to provide specialized care that includes a comprehensive assessment, individualized treatment plans, and evidence-based interventions.

Trauma

Are you ready to break free from the chains of trauma, anxiety, depression, or addiction? Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy can get to the root of these struggles and help you heal.

Mindfulness & Somatics

Somatic work, which involves focusing on the connection between the mind and body, offers several benefits when treating addiction, dissociation, and trauma.

This therapeutic approach can be particularly effective because it addresses the physical manifestations of psychological issues and promotes holistic healing.
